For matters relating to insurance claims involving Lloyd's of London and where specified in the text of insurance contracts, claimaints must contact Andrew Moore & Associates Ltd so as to begin the process of making their claim for loss and damages to goods in transit.

It should be noted that whilst Andrew Moore & Associates Ltd. are the appointed Lloyd's Agency office for Hong Kong and Macau, they only represent Lloyd's in relation to insurance claims for these specific areas, and then only as a point of contact. Andrew Moore & Associates Ltd are not a part of the Lloyd's group.

For Lloyd's claims outside the areas of Hong Kong and Macau, claimaints are advised to approach the appropriate Lloyd's Agency office for that area.
