Internal and External audits while sailing on board on board bulk carriers. Set up of Shipboard Management Systems (SMS), preparing ship specific Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances (LSA & FFA) manuals, and Ballast Water Management plans.

Taught all marine subjects to deck officers and commercial knowledge to engineer officers at SAMS marine college.
